Sweat can be detrimental to the longevity of your bicycle frame and components. Remember to always wipe down your bicycle after each ride, using a spray bottle with a mix of water and mild soap, and a rag. Especially if you are drinking GU or any other type of sports drink, the acidity of sweat and the sports drink together will eat away at your bicycle.

Being the only fixie rider here at cycles, I found out that KC Coldsprints is coming to the Outland Ballroom downtown on January 23rd! I do not know about you guys, but I am excited!!!
