The Scott FOIL is the latest bicycle developed with Scott aero and carbon technology. It is a combination of the Plasma and CR1 design resulting in Scott’s very first aero road bicycle. Every aspect of the frame design is to reduce drag through innovations like a new seat post design, the shape of the seat stays creates a silhouette effect that reduces turbulence from the brake, integrated seat clamp and cable routing prevents any unnecessary drag, and the fusion of Scott IMP Construction with their HMX carbon fiber makes a light, but stiff frame.
