Seems that Michael Rogers from Team HTC has won the Tour Of California on a Scott, his time was 33.08’30″! Team HTC ended up winning three of the eight stage race; Mark Cavendish won stage 1 and Tony Martin won the time trial stage 7. It looks like that Scott bicycles have been making a mark all throughout this Tour Of California. I guess the real question is where is Lance and his Trek?
