This little GPS enabled cycling computer not only does speed and cadence, it also doubles as a heart rate monitor. It includes a wheel sensor, the heart rate strap, and a mount for your bicycle. The included functions are speed, cadence, distance, temp, elevation, and is ANT+ compatible. Meaning you can use it with your power tap to measure your wattage!
